            1997 – 2010          Re/Max Brokerages, Gilbert, Arizona

I began my Real Estate Career when I was 24; my age presented some challenges in the beginning, but I found ways to overcome them and succeed quickly.  In 2008, I earned my Hall of Fame Status within the Re/Max Organization.

I am multi-faceted in my abilities and I have been successful in many capacities of        Residential Real Estate, such as:

Assistant, Transaction Manager; I am detailed and proactive in solving day-to-day occurrences before they become issues, high problem solving skills.  I am capable of meeting deadlines, following and creating systems/plans, and my ability to                              communicate puts clients at ease.

Marketing/Promotion; I enjoy building marketing campaigns and carrying them       out to fruition.  I have marketed to a specific middle-upper end area of homes in           Gilbert, AZ  for over 10 years.  I utilized a consistent system of promotion with marketing   and information that I personally designed to hold homeowners’ attention, due to          shelf-life.  This allowed me to meet my neighbors at community events I would              create, organize and gather sponsorships for allowing the costs to be covered. The use of these skills allowed me to become the top Resale Agent in Morrison Ranch, selling over 100 resale homes in a 6-year period.

Marketing Examples: Flag placement at all entry points on American holidays, Annual Garage Sale,  Easter Eggstravaganza, CPR classes, endorsements of other business’ through promotion of a class homeowners could attend for free, Pecan Festival, Safety Day, Bike Rodeo, Breakfast with Santa, and many more!

Team Manager; Recruit, train, mentor, and champion other agents at all levels to perform at the highest potential for their own success and the advancement of the team.  Developed and created Your Advisory Team marketing materials, systems, logo, and all other facets.

Designations, CDPE – Certified Distressed Property Expert, CLHMS – Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, E – Pro.

Brian Buffini Certified Mentor; Facilitate and mentor agents within the brokerage I work at to be successful in their careers by learning and USING the Buffini Referral Systems.  I have taught 100 Days to Greatness courses, Ultimate Agent training, as well as holding open forums on topics from brainstorming, business planning, goal setting to prospecting through the use of the MLS system.  I have also organized pop-by swaps where agents make several of their pop-by ideas, then all get together and trade with each other.

Knowledge/Area of Specialties; Short Sale Transactions, working with banks to affect successful closings on homes where sellers owe more than the home is worth. (Approx 70 transactions) REO/Bank Owned Listing Agent, we have closed over 160 files in the foreclosure flood to hit Arizona as the Listing Agent side.  I am aware of details needed  &    possess the communication skills required by Asset Managers.  I am also capable of             completing accurate BPO’s and other needed pricing reports.

Management: There was a period of time when I left Re/Max to open a small                      independent brokerage with family members.  We opened the office with the                concept of all associates being part of one cohesive team.  My position at 1st                            Class Property Experts fully challenged me to use all of my talents and abilities.
